11.3. Vril Templates
Vril permutes, surmounting its previous states with unexpected new manifestations. Each successive Vril permutation contains within itself all the previous developmental aspects in amalgamated form. The process is one which spans the aeons. It is impossible to pierce this history beyond a certain range, the messages becoming too vast for mere human conscious ability to comprehend. Nevertheless, of the range which can be reached, we discover remarkable facts. First, each Vril permutation is intimately linked with the appearance of NEW ELEMENTS. Specific elements have been equated with Vril Templates throughout history. The memory and awareness of these epochal changes is preserved in mythology of the "Golden Age"; we learn of this prehistory through examination of each element with an eidetic sensitivity. The development of special radionic instruments has permitted such eidetic examinations of elements.
Vril Archaeozoic permutations produced certain fundamental world-states, materialized stages of development. Each such stage has been elsewhere referred to as a VRIL TEMPLATE. Vril Templates remain fixed throughout the time that Vril is achieving its own intent. Templates permit the progressive development of new and unexpected technologies in which Vril currents alone are the dynamic agents. When Vril permutes, Templates change. Each Vril Template is a world state in which all previous Vril dynamics are incorporated and potentially active. These previous stages, these Templates, are represented today in the ninety-two natural material elements. Generating and surmounting the archetypes which it had previously projected, Vril develops and permutes into ever more articulate states. Each stage in its development produces a special and legendary VRIL TECHNOLOGY. Vril stimulates the development of technologies that enable humanity to powerfully appropriate its presence and providential supply. The implementation of the ninety-two natural elements forms the basis of every Vril technology.
The evocation of a new Vril Template can be achieved through special technological means. These events occur when an intended climax has been wrought by Vril agents. It is then that we observe historical revolutions in archane science. During these times some once impossible feats become possible. Archival study reveals a chronicle of discoveries having to do with Vril, which is historically interrupted on several counts. Human history is a tragic panoply of both natural and human frailties, set on a broken stage. Disturbing is the interruption brought about by our world-condition. The natural enemies of storm, [14] flood, and other disasters are the horrid foes with which cultivated societies have to deal. But those enemies, born of human folly, of fire and sword, deceit, betrayal, suppression, rage, jealous greed, ignorance, and especially of ignorance, these were the most disturbing and lamentable caused of ignorance by which glorious and legendary societies lost their place in the Vril Community. Such acts of pure self-destruction, all because of the desire for absolute rule, were seen all too often as the reason why societies lost their unique Vril Technologies.
Yet, of these obvious interruptions, the earnest student noticed another species, whose broken trail leads from ancient times well into the Twentieth Century. Unlike the first, sad varieties, this interrupted path had a wondrous and graduated nature. In its ever-opening wake we find all the hallmarks of Vril itself. This strange terraced path, linking Megalithic Technologies with Radionics, is one whose developments surmount each previous technological species by astounding and unexpected expansions. It is indeed curious that the archane technologies gave sufficient wondrous performance to produce enduring mythical themes. The technological ruling forms and functions reveal that Vril existed in a form which is relatively differentiated as compared with its subsequent manifestations through history. Dare we say that Vril, in its manner of organic growth, progresses from original states to ever more highly developed ones? The expansive nature of each Vril manifestation reveals this remarkable phenomenon.
The permutation of Vril Technologies requires a primary permutation in Vril itself. One charts the surprising modifications in Vril Technology in sudden, complete leaps. This saccadic pattern is repeated throughout human history. One traces its flowering path, one whose blossoming development comes in ever new species. Thus, we date the appearance of each Vril technological stage. Natural Vril technologies begin with the isolation of ground points, trees, valleys, caverns, pools, ridges: all termed sacred. Next, we watch the development of human organizations: of priesthoods and devotions to the places known as sacred. After this phase, one discovers the development of special ornamentations in such locales. These humanly crafted artifices were added to sacred grounds specifically to magnify the Vril presence, securing for the tribal group an enduring access to magnified consciousness and its revelatory power.
Next comes the phase in which royal edicts enunciate regional establishment of Vril systems. Here we see grand public works, involving the entire culture in Vril directives. Next comes the supreme moment when such a society becomes unified in Vril Culture, the potential for unlimited conscious growth being delivered in floods. We will not account for the often subsequent degenerate phase, which appears to test the Vril-favored society, a possible tragic decline and dissolution. Throughout this flow of developments, each society is imbued with a singular Vril state. This state, while being recapitulated through the centuries, permutes into newer manifestations. Boulders, tooled rock, covered rock temples, altars, oracles, cathedrals, reliquaries, fonts, ground rods, variable capacitors, [15] inductors: the Vril functions remain the same, while being in degree of endowed power with each such change.
Archetypes are not the portable, autonomic engrams of genetic inheritance as some narrators have insisted. Archetypes are external and independent. They invade the blank receptacle of mind, being messaged into human experience as Vril currents. Black radiant Vril space, their external generator, develops living eidetic imagery throughout the aeons. What it projects, becomes. Vril currents supply the archetypes which psychologists chart and which mythologies preserve. Rich in imagery, impression, instruction, and revelation, first Vril receptions are almost certainly those which encourage the establishment of Vril Technology. Imaginal floods permeate the recipient of Vril currents in cohesive, orderly sequences that suggest instruction. When this step is actively engaged, societies manifest sudden revolutions in consciousness. That which is called "civilization" is generated and supported by Vril currents.
First Vril receptions simply re-establish detailed articulations of lost world Vril conditions, world-states which previous and forgotten societies had lost. Those who are thus raised in awareness begin realizing new enlarged world-vision, by which it is possible to make seemingly outlandish declarations concerning world reality. The personal communion with the black radiance being the means through which to gain heightened mind-states without negative effects, such statements are nevertheless made with absolute conviction. The absolute conviction of which we read in ancient writings on the world-structure.
Civilization collapses when Vril technology is abandoned. The decadent society is one which devalues and derides traditionally established Vril Technology. Lost sensitivity to Vril eidetic imagery places emphasis on purely inertialistic technologies. To delve into the true mysteries of radio-electric communications, we must first comprehend its intimate interactions with the Vril Domain. The search for some relevant technological starting point in these regards produced an epiphany in thought, typical for Vril investigations. Seeking technologies in which Vril was deliberately employed, one surely discovers a general and continuous sweep of developments. But, examinations of the specific nature of Vril Technological advancements presents the skillful bibliomancer with a true and wonderful conundrum which few ever address.
As centuries brought with them the accumulated forgetfulness, by which our race is usually accursed, all these wonders were lost. Vril does not cease in its continuity, however, projecting and permuting the world-state. New awareness of the interactions between matter and the Vril conscious continuum began again to influence human consciousness in the Seventeenth Century. The form of these new awakenings no longer required the massive stonework of Templar-directed masons. In the experiments of Luigi Galvani, Maximilian von Hel, and Franz Anton Mesmer we see the emergence of a new Vril Template, a Vril Permutation in which the use of metals and articulate metal components first [16] manifested. Galvani, Von Hel, and Mesmer independently corroborated the fact that the energetic emanations from metals were capable of producing strong visceral responses. They each discovered the vitalizing interactions that occur between metals and human physiology. Maximilian von Hel performed experiments with specially-shaped magnets and metal forms. These were placed in contact with parts of the body which seemed infirm. The result of these contacts was an amazing alleviation of symptoms in many cases where only pain and continuous debilitation was the normal progress.
Hearing of these developments, Franz Anton Mesmer sought a deeper understanding of metals and their role in such healing process. He wished to discover the "vis medicatrix", the energy of healing, with an aim to devise some accumulator of this healing power. Notable ancient European sacred spots became the site of fashionable spas and resorts for the rich nobility. Healing virtues often emerged directly from certain boulders and other stone columns. Over the centuries, sensitives had ornamented these with artistic additions. Boulders had become altars, columns had become pillars. Touch was all that was necessary in alleviating or even curing the infirm. There was much more to these sacred spots than legend and tradition.
Recognizing that a real energy was responsible for these cures, Mesmer observed the geological structure inherent in most spas, seeking some means to imitate nature. He developed his "bacquet", a grounded battery whose moistened multi-layers of iron slag and organic matter (seeds, leaves, moss, peat) in such an attempt. This barrel-shaped composite pile was fitted with a single iron pole which ran throughout the internal layers to the ground. On first trial, the design did nothing; Mesmer abandoned his barrel-shaped design to the natural forces.
The natural exposure brought a change to the apparatus through the course of time. The bottom rotting through, layers were now spilling slightly into the ground itself. Contact was thus secured with the ground directly. The layers had become soaked through summer rains. It was then that a new manifestation made itself known. Approaching the barrel, one sensed an uplifting force, one in which the entire torso responded. Touching the pole brought a strong body-coursing tingle, a thrill shock of great strength. Sleep or even blackouts were the result of such contact.
Later sensitive examination revealed a black radiance suffusing the immediate barrel surroundings. Mesmer discovered that remarkable responses surpassed the merely physiological effects in those who touched the pole. Passing out in a light, dreamy sleep, persons who contacted his bacquet were frequently healed of life-long emotional traumas. Later academic disapproval accused Mesmer of hypnotism, the commonly known "suggestion method" of cure. The association of the hypnotic method and Mesmer were the result of an early campaign to discredit the emerging Radionic Science whose stupendous efficacies were threatening the financial base of medical practitioners. Other such campaigns reduced the Mesmer bacquet to electrical stimulation. Such a multi-layered assembly of organic matter and [17] metal slag could never have produced any appreciable electrical current, especially since the whole was effectively shunted by the iron pole.
Independent experimentation, with apparatus empirically found to permeate and beneficially modify human physiology, proved that a new technology was emerging (V.8.9). Galvani was first to postulate that metals emanated a powerful and permeating natural radiance. Galvani was persistent in his assertions that metals were surrounded and suffused by an "atmosphere" of emanations, an invisible light that flowed from them eternally. For Galvani, metals did not have to be in contact with physiologies in order to affect modifications. For Galvani, the invisible currents were capable of connectively transacting directly with physiology... at a distance.
Galvani discovered that connections made between aerial metal plates and metal plates submerged in stone wells produce powerful "thrilling shocks" during fair weather. These arrangements released hazardous and potentially lethal shocks when the weather turned foul. His distinction between these two energetic species was never appreciated by those who followed Volta and his development of chemical batteries. Galvani made careful examinations of metals and their atmospheres, their auras, noticing the projective quality of copper, zinc, and iron.
Held close to the body, these most certainly produce responses well before actual contact is made. In this anomalous effect, one which cannot be adequately explained through aeric-ionization effects, we perceive the legendary "Galvanic Current". Later academic reductions dared to suggest that Galvanic currents, radionic in nature, were simple electrical currents. Their reductionist campaign came as a result of bureaucratic displeasure and an inability to resolve the natural phenomena that seemed so totally irreducible. Science was thus split into the two camps of qualitative and quantitative analysis, a schism which eventually resulted in mutual exclusivity.
Nevertheless, the Qualitative Radionic Science emerged as the shadowy and elusive science to which military officials often resort when desiring outlandish technological effects. The absolute rulership of all inertial dynamics under Radionic Power is well known by those who implement its methods in secrecy.
Verifying the thesis of Galvani, von Hel, and Mesmer, Baron Karl von Reichenbach later observed the spontaneous luminescence of all matter in specially designed dark-rooms. In this, he found proof that the projective emanations of metals successfully discharged through space in a continual flow. He named this luminous aura "Od light". The Baron conducted a great number of experiments with the "Od light", an emanation which he prematurely imagined to be the fundamental world force. He successfully directed this energy into wires, coils, and other laboratory apparatus used in electrical research. He absorbed Od light into metal plates from sun light, moon light, planetary light, and star light. Thus absorbed, he discovered the conductive properties of this light form along wires. He optically refracted, reflected, focused, and projected Od light from metals, minerals, magnets, and large crystals. He successfully photographed these emissions and discovered that unknown [18] materials could be identified with chemical precision simply by measuring their luminous discharge points along an Od conductive wire.
