PURPOSES OF BSRA
BSRA is a non-profit, informal organization of people who take an active interest in unusual happenings along the borderland between the visible and invisible worlds. In the words of the founder-director of BSRA, the late N. Meade Layne, BSRA publications "are scientific in approach but employ very few technical expressions. They deal with significant phenomena which orthodox science cannot or will not investigate. For example: The Fortean 'falls' of strange objects from the skies, Teleportation, Radiesthesia, PK effects, the Underground Races, Mysterious Disappearances, Phenomena of Occultism and Psychism, Photography of the Invisible, the Nature of the Ethers, and the Problem of the Aeroforms (Flying Saucers). In the year 1946 the Associates obtained an interpretation of these phenomena which has since come to be known as the 'Etheric or 4-D Interpretation' and which has not been radically altered since that time. This continues to be the only explanation which makes good science, sound metaphysics and common sense."
The chief present concern of the Association is to make this information available as a public service, with Headquarters acting as a receiving, coordinating and distributing center. A list of BSRA publications will be sent on request.
