American chiropractic and radionist Ruth Beymer Drown (October 21, 1891 – March 13, 1965) was among the first to independently build on Dr. Albert Abrams’ techniques for perception and therapeutic aid of the subtle body, developing over her career the technologies of Drown Radio Therapy, the Homo-Vibra Ray, and Radio Vision. Her efforts served to ultimately redefine the practice of radionics and transform it into the field that it is today.
For an overview of her history and practice, we recommend the following two-part article from the Journal of Borderland Research: THE WORK OF DR. RUTH DROWN: An Outline on a Thumbnail by Trevor James.
Also of interest: “Drown Radio Therapy”, in which Ruth Drown herself clarifies the distinction between her Radio-Therapy and Radionics.
